Is that kind of like winning the "Best Defender of all the guys who can't defend" award?

I wouldn't mind seeing Veektor in a Blazers jersey again.

I'm not saying I think we should try to get him, I'm not saying he'd fill some void or replace any current Blazers. I'm just saying that if the situation would somehow arise that would bring him back to Portland, I'd be OK with it.

I would be pretty pissed if he was ever in a Blazer uniform again. In fact, if he was brought in after I bought my season tickets, I would probably go ask for my money back. There was a reason the Blazers sucked back then. He was a big piece of that.

Viktor isn't the same player he was before he broke his foot. The Viktor we saw was plodding compared to the prospect we drafted.

So, congratulations to Viktor and finding a place to play basketball. I wish nothing but the best for him!

Apparently I remember a better player than others here. I didn't think he was so terrible. He started after missing the first half of his rookie year due to injury. Like Ime Udoka starting. I do know that if he'd been given all the years Webster has been given, with all the decent players dumped to enable Webster to develop (Udoka, James Jones, etc.), that he would have been better than Webster. Actually, he already was, as a rookie, as good as Webster is now.

Or like winning best defender in a 5'7" and under / 60 years-old and over league.

Can't say I am all that surprised. During his short tenure here, he showed ample signs that he could be a good defensive player. It was his offense that looked questionable.

Viktor > any small forward we've had since, hands down.

One of the most complete players to ever don a Blazer uni.
