Serious question: Why don't men flush?

i dont like to put my hand on the public restroom flush handle, but when its feasible ill flush with my shoe

but like someone astutely previously pointed out, and a sign ive seen in MANY a crusty old earth farmer hippy types bathroom

yellow = mellow
brown = flush it down

I always flush the toilet and make sure the restroom is as clean or cleaner than I found it. I've certainty forgot to flush a few times over the years though. One time I didn't flush because someone was sleeping in the next room and it was really early in the morning and I didn't want to wake them.

Really? I have to say the men seem to be worse slobs, and that's not just gender bias, it's my observation. True, men don't try to flush sanitary pads down the toilet, but when women pee it goes into the bowl and not on the seat (forgive my being gross).

Honestly, I think people should learn toilet habits from cats.

Fair enough, I think in general men seem to be worse slobs. But on the flip side, woman, in general, are so damn high maintenance.

What are they doing in the bathroom for extended periods of time, flushing the toilet repeatedly?

I use my foot to flush if I'm using a toilet. A lot of guys don't flush a urinal though.

Sidenote: It's annoying that I have to open one or two doors to get out of a bathroom after I just washed my hands. What's the point of washing when you're just going to touch some nasty bathroom door handle?

After drying off hands, use the paper towel to open the door, shoot the paper towel ball into the trash for two, and slip out the door before it shuts.

The paper toilet cover will protect you. Paper toilet covers offer peace of mind over everything else. There are no conclusive studies that show that a paper toilet cover adequately protects you from more germs than just sitting on the toilet sans protection. While it is very rare for any type STD to survive without a human host for several hours, a study at Baylor University showed that hepatitis C could survive and infect through five layers of tissue. While this is a very rare case and there’s no proof that upon contact hepatitis C would indeed infect the person sitting on the toilet, understand that the flimsy paper toilet seat cover is hardly protection against germs
