Severino left the game with soreness in the back of his right elbow. Will have an MRI tomorrow.

Because it was clear to me he just simply quit. No guts, just another typical gas throwing no brain athlete. So now that the lipstick is on the pig, a kid who still has a tremendous future once he gets in touch with his testicles. MAN UP!...to be honest, I didn't understand it either. I mean how do they know for sure if he hasn't even had the MRI yet?
The only thing that can save Cashman is if some of the prospects pan out. If they don't the only option he would have left is to spend heavily again.

Severino, IMO, has obviously become a thrower, not a pitcher, yep a brain dead flamer. I don't see any leadership coming out of the Yanx Pitching Corps, less the bullpen; an easy assumption with its depth of talent. Yet, I don't see any one SP saying follow me. That much is missing, which often is required, a mentality to teach throwers to become mental strategists, with hellacious pitches being developed. Young pitcher's learning, from Vet's.
With the future of gloom, I don't see one SP- Vet who commands the respect, to show those who follow, a better path paved by their Senior's....[/QUOTE]
Full agreement here Rob, I see no one here that you can say is the captain of the staff. No leadership at all in this group.
