I don't know if it just me but don't take it the wrong way. I agree you're getting better because I like your other sigs but I just don't like how you added that logo.

The 2 different fonts and the 2 different text effects don't really go together. I like the pic/logo together on this, they go well in this sig.Overall, just looking at it, the flaws are hard to notice. Nice job here.
