It seems to me that probably one of the reasons there has been so much financial fraud lately is because the penalties are not serious enough. When you see situations where somebody who committs fraud to the point where they have basically destroyed peoples lives, they might as well have killed them. I mean, what have they really done when folks who are in their elder years find out that somebody stole their whole retirement, and they are too old to start over? So it is simple. Any fraud over an amount that the average person could earn in a lifetime should result in the death penalty.
Besides, you know these maggots are just riding out their time in minimum security prison, and then heading to wherever they have the cash stashed and living it up. Let's end that bullshit now.
