Congrats, but who did they waive?
Not as fast as the run down man, but an apt comparison.Love what this dude brings to our team. All out all the time! Don’t need to draw up a play for him. Reminds me of early Jerome Kersey with better handles.

Tisse is another energy guy I would not mind back on a cheap contract, but I think he might be the odd man out. (Or rather, the injured guy out)
Danny Marang kinda implied that if he clears waivers they can resign him to a 2 way
I like Rups but in what 2 1/2 years now he has shown a little improvement but not what we all hoped he would turn into. My guess is someone will claim him off waivers and I wish him all the best.
but the fact they did not release Thybulle tells me they want a shot at the play in -- period
I'm surprised. Thought Cronin would not give up a guy he said was a lottery talent when he drafted him. Also Rupert looked like he was finally getting his three point shot down: 40% in his last ten games. And he is only 21. He did tend to make bad decisions some times....Blazers waiving Rupert
So far it's working for the Knicks (Dillon Jones), the Clippers (Sean Pedulla) and Jazz (Blake Hinson)This is why buying the Remix was such a good move from the franchise. They are using it as a development tool and it's paying off. Yang is playing so much better in the G league and has gotten in much better shape doing it. Rupes and Love can finish the season with the Remix and compete for a spot again next training camp. A lot of Blazer players go to Remix games so they are really connected as a minor league should be.
