MVP Chant for LMA!!!!

YEAH!!!!

I really feel like he's turned a corner. He's been really good, but right now he's playing great. This is superstar quality ball, and he's cementing himself as the best power forward in the game.

Yes. Yes it is.

I admit I was wrong.

So, do you recant your entire summer of bashing LMA, and wanting to trade him for picks and scrubs?

Whyyyyyyyyyyy?

Why do you need to do this?

Can't you just be happy after an amazing win? Do we really need an "I told you so!" thread??

What a game from him! Might be the best I've ever seen him play. Hit a ton of important shots, too. He may be making that leap from all star to superstar now.

He looks like a totally different player. No really.

I really didn't think he could get much better. I figured at this stage in his career he was the player he was going to be, which was really good, and that's it. Yet somehow he's turned a corner and he's becoming one of, if not the, best post players in the game.

I've never seen a player flip the "it" switch this late in their career. Never.

Tried telling y'all he was still developing but nobody wanted to listen

I wouldn't trade Aldridge or Batum but I still think the Blazers will have to acquire a defensive center at some point for the playoffs.

Because you made an ass out of yourself this summer, to the point of banning me when given the chance.

"I told you so" threads are what the interwebz are about, anyhow.

WHAT A GAME!!!

That's sort of funny.

Flutie Flakes was a monster in the CFL ... it's just not the same

MVP Chant for LMA!!!!

YEAH!!!!

HCP had an awesome highlight as the broadcast was coming to a close, reels of LMA with the sounds of the MVP chant in the background. 'twas Awesome. Repped big John.

LA was a monster in 2009, but now has more tools... It's like seeing Neo figure out how to stop bullets at the end of Matrix.

Lopez had 4 blocks tonight, a double-double, and Perkins had zero points. What more do you expect in a defensive center?

His PER so far this year, as well as his FG% and other things, haven't really improved at all. Some of his stats have actually diminished.

Please explain your "switch" post. LMA is still the same LMA in the post-Roy era that he was last year.

Aright, How many times do you see Lopez getting a double double and 4 blks? Perkins is not a center that scores the ball.

He just looks more aggressive and capable when he's forced to go toward the hoop and he's rebounding quite a bit better than I can remember. Overall I think he just looks more physical.

I switched to nBA Tv immediately after the game (hate how quickly Comcast here shuts off the post game stuff) and they were saying its not ridiculous to talk about him as MVP. Kenny said MVP often goes to the best player on a surprise contender that emerges. Gave Nash when he first got back to the Suns as an example.

The difference isn't his per, but how he is getting his. Also, he has become soooo clutch in the 4th
