He wants acreage to build...not a house. You have land there for sale I'm sureNope we are full. And I am not joking.
Just pulled up property for sale in my Idaho zip code. Only one livable house for sale. A nice small 2 bedroom log home with nice acerage, for only $2.5 million. Which is way over priced.
Acerage is selling for twice the price of a year ago. And not much is unsold.
Any home under $1 million has sold within a week of going on the market.
Lots are now selling for what I paid 5 years ago for my 3 bed 2 bath house with land. Real estate prices has gone crazy in Idaho.

We all say that though....my neighborhood water tables are going to be taxed as three new pieces of land for sale have sold....3 more wells. My relatives in Bend and Prineville will tell you the same thing....that they're full and have been for some time....that BLM land comes on the market still pretty regularly. You need really deep wells in the high country 5 acres of nothin' was for sale near my property for years...they were asking over 500k....I didn't ever think it'd sell....it did just two weeks ago.In other parts of Idaho. In my zip code, only two pieces of land for sale. One is $350,000, the other is $600,000.
I know several people that live near the cheaper piece. A nice area, but 3 of them need to have water trucked in. They drilled wells, but came up dry. Not sure about water at the other piece. It is about 15 miles away, and I do not know anyone in that area.
No land for sale now where you can tie into a water system. We are full!
sounds like you're in a good zip code! Thankfully mine is pretty good so far as wellIn other parts of Idaho. In my zip code, only two pieces of land for sale. One is $350,000, the other is $600,000.

Llamas. Perhaps, Alpacas.
ABM, send me your new criteria so I can update your custom search. Prices have not gone crazy yet but definitely a seller's market until/unless Biden restarts the recession/repossession scam.
Are you still wanting to get into goats?
