1. Religious test for entering the country.
>>> Entering the Country and being granted legal residence are two different things. Then being granted Citizenship if another.
While he is specifically looking at Muslims and rightfully so, since it was Muslims that declared Jihad on the US. Muslims are the only religion that has this concept
There is nothing in the Constitutions that requires we allow entry to all people. We certainly need not grant entry to people we are at war with even if they are religious.
Jihad as the Muslims define it, is about the same as a declaration of war except is is by a religion, the religion of Islam rather than a country. Although, religion of Islam seems to
assume there is a Caliphate so the religion is in many ways more than just a religion, it is also a system of laws. Laws that are not compatible with our Constitution.
Therefore the implementation of preventing Muslims from being granted residence in the US, need not be a religious test, but a prudent prohibition against people from an area the world where people do support Jihad, Sharia Law or from areas where we do not have a means of vetting them. Nothing in the Constitutions requires the people to support a suicide pack or even imprudent immigration.
2. Restrictions on the free press.
>> This is very interesting. The press has been granted special rights and privileges under our law, so they may keep the people informed. The have failed totally to do their duty to keep the people inform, indeed, it appears they have colluded with those they should be closely watching. Hence, there becomes a market for the likes of Wikileaks. I don't know that restrictions is the right word, but new requirement and or laws do need to be put in place to right this dastardly wrong. Without violating the Constitution of course, perhaps amending an amendment will be required.
3. Torture
>>> Nothing in the Constitution about Torture. Perhaps you mean some convention.
4. Threat to have his opponent jailed
>>> Perhaps I missed the "threat". I did hear him promise to have his AG initiate an investigation of activities of Mrs. Clinton. Seems quite reasonable, might even want to investigate the FBI
too. Nothing in the Constitution prohibits this activity.
there are probably many more...
>>>Please continue to inumerate.
