In the other you've got a case of a famous individual using his status to gain trust the abusing his victims sexually. Well with Cosby the statute of limitations is long over so civil suits and money would be the only recourse at this point. As for Jared I can't see the FBI raiding your home unless they know something is there.

I do agree. Shouldn't rush to judgement on Jared just yet. Hopefully the associate didn't roll over on him and they weren't involved in something together.
