Most of these British soccer fans on the outside of the stadium are hooligans and cause fights. The Germans seem to be the fans they fight with the most, i don't really know why they dislike Germany so much(maybe still a little resentful of the WW2, air raids over London?) I know there is no one more faithful or who cheers their countries teams like the British though, even if the British fans do take it over board.
