Can somoene tell me how this guy didn't get a shot from us? 23 years old, two time defensive [player of the year in the ACC, 14.2 PER in limited minutes in 2011, No one can tell me this guy couldn't have given us 5/6/1.5 in limited minutes last year.

I wanted to draft the guy in the second round the year he came out.

Good question. Seems like exactly what we need. It was surreal watching SA, OKC big guys actually contesting/taking hard fouls on layup attempts. I guess big guys can do that. Who knew?

Who does he play for? I see no stats from this year.

If he played for and was cut by the Trail Blazers' NBDL affiliate, I'd say that Olshey has looked at him long and hard and determined that he's not worth a roster spot on the Blazers.

Dec. 30, 2012:

Portland Trail Blazers' D-League affiliate the Idaho Stampede have struggled to find any kind of success this season. However, Saturday night they picked up their second victory this season against the Reno Bighorns, and welcomed newly acquired 7'1'' center Solomon Alabi. Can Alabi pull double duty in helping the Stampede find wins, while becoming a top NBADL center prospect?

Apparently the answer was no since they waived him on March 1st of this year.

.. I can tell you right now, this guy could not have given us 5/6/1.5 in any amount of minutes last year. He's pretty bad.

His numbers in 2011 show with the same minutes Leonard had he would have put up 5/7/1.2

*Not a Leonard bash, just a comparison*

Dude, slow your role with these posts. Leonard is already a better player than Alibi.
