Since many of us here are over 50 these shouldn't be to hard.

!) Who hit the most HRs at Yankee stadium & who was 2nd?

2) What Yankee holds the record for HBP in a season?

3)Of Babe Ruth's 714 HRs, how many were inside the park?

4) And speaking of inside the park what Yankee PITCHER hit an inside the park grand slam?

And please no cheating.

C'mon people I know I said don't cheat but these are really not that tough. I'll give you a hint on #4, he pitched during the 60s

Okay here's an easy one....When Babe Ruth retired with 714 HRs only one other player in baseball had over 300 HRs, who was he?

Don Baylor used to just stand there and get hit so I would have to go with him in the HBP category.

I think I'm the youngin' on the board... I would definitely need to cheat...

#1... not quite what I was expecting... (I will not reveal the answer, but needed to cheat)
#2... not even close to the major league record... (less than half) but again, I needed to look it up...
#3... more than I thought
#4... interesting...

of the above four, I was only alive for 1 of them... and was 7 at the time...

Mess you're right on Gehrig & Baylor. Gehrig had 378 at the time & Baylor was hit 24 times in 1985. And Hammer you're right, not even close to Ron Hunt.

We still need answers on #s1 3 & 4

I would say Mantle for most homers in Yankee Stadium and Mel S for the pitcher.

Right on both Mantle (266) Ruth (259) & Gehrig (251)

Stottlemyre Accomplished the feat in 1964

That's leaves #3

Just because it would be a random number if not I'm going to say zero for Ruth on inside the park homers.

Okay its been awhile. Believe it not the fat little man had.....10. Did they have PEDs back then?

The Babe went drinking the night before with the head groundskeeper and the next day the bases were only 70 feet apart.
