Think about this, it was pointed out to me by someone that has experienced it in the past. Say they wanted to cut power to see if there was a back up power supply. Most grow operations would have emergency power for lights and water, but often the exhaust fans or other non essentials are not. Some times growers have to manually vent the rooms and bypass scrubbers, open windows etc, exposing the odor to the outside.

The other reason they would flip the breaker is to see if the house is bypassing the meter. Most of the growers that get caught are stealing power.

If its not the feds, you are dealing with some pretty fucking inept criminals, and that is truly scary. Anyone with half a brain could scope out your entire entourage and everyone you have known in the past ten years without your being aware. Their first encounter would be when they acted in their interest, and there would be little for the police to follow up on. Stupid people are so fucking random, you never know what level they will go to or how many they will effect. Load your guns, son.

Well I wish you could watch the video. They walk right to my sisters bedroom and are peaking in. And if they truly are Feds, the last thing they want to do is show themselves until they are 100% sure they have illegal activity.

That's why I keep one of those FBI windbreakers in my house. When they raid me I can just throw it on and blend right in. "Good job guys! Doesn't look like anyone is home, wait here while I go grab us some coffee and donuts."

I actually think my sister is the true target though because the footage is like clockwork. And it's like they want her to know they are doing this.

Personally I think it's stupid and they are gonna get caught. I bet they assume they won't get into too much trouble, but in actuality it's considered a terrorist threat. That's a felony

I don't understand. You have cars staking out both locations and just allow them to keep coming? Licence plate number? The police don't confront or follow them? Nothing? Have you tried driving to the home of the accused woman for signs of the same car you see in the video? Does your sister know of any of the girls' associates who match the description of the people on the video?

If the cops weren't really doing anything and it kept happening I would just tell them that I'm rounding up all my boys with all of our collective (legal) guns and dogs and we're gonna have a polite chat with these **** stains and ask them what the fuck they're doing.

I wouldn't actually do that, but the cops would have to do SOMETHING because if they did nothing and I actually followed through and shit went awry then it'd be a fucking PR nightmare for them to explain away a) not doing anything about the creeps and b) not doing anything about a clearly potentially violent confrontation.

But if the cops still did nothing I would eventually round up all my boys and hatch some half-baked, yet brilliant plan to confront them.
 
Okay just watched last night's video and the car stopped in the back alley again, but this time they hopped her neighbor's house. Then they manually pushed the gate open and pulled the car in.

Wtf is that shit?!?!
