Hey I'm tryin to lose a little weight, I'm out of shape. I don't consider myself huge by any means, but as you saw in my pics I posted on the Member Pics thread, I'm a little chubby. I'm just sick of it. Most of the problem for me is probably is eating junk at night time. Plus I always gotta have a drink near me for some reason.
But for the last 3-4 days I have only had 2 glasses of Gatorade, and about 15 bottles of water, so that's good. My dad said I could substitute snacks with gum, so I'll probably try that. But what should I do? I mean I'm not looking to be a regular at the gym and get jacked. I just want to be average size.
So, I got all the workout music ready, trust me (thanks to Big L lol). But what should I do? Run a lot? Start lifting? Push-ups/Sit-ups? What?
