Mike Barrett has not updated his blog for days and considering its trade deadline time and ODEN is out tonight.....its shocking that a guy who post sometimes twice a day has SAID NOTHING. I would have to think the blazers have asked broadcasters not to discuss rumors at all. In the past barrett and rice always talked trades... but now nothing. Thats a strong indication to me.

Also Butler is sitting out practice today.

I agree, the trades are going to happen, but all the conspiracy theories floating around have nothing to do with it. Mike Barret and Rice weren't on NBA courtside on Monday...does that mean something too. No...it just means they are enjoying there few days that they got off. Barret has said that since he started the blog it has taken up all his time so he probably just unplugged for a few days. He'll be back on the air tonight. and you can probably rest assured that they'll do a little speculation on the trades. Might not be helpful information, but they probably know as much as everyone else....NOTHING
