What are your recommendations?

Costco has some LASKO for like 30 bucks.

Was thinking getting a Dyson Heater/Fan combo too. Its 10x more but its a lot more aeshetically pleasing and I can use as a fan all year round without having to put the heater in storage.

Currently have a small heater Vornado fan which I like. Just need more power.

My favorite heater is the oil filled two switch one that looks like an old time school radiator from the 50s....I have a woodstove for the house but keep one of those in my bathroom, pump house and bungalow...they don't break the bank when the bill comes

when I say pump house I mean where my well is located....not my private bedroom which could also be called the pump house

We used to have one of those at work, those were awesome.

Since I don't live in Space, I don't see a reason to heat that dark, cold cavernous void!

Reminds me of what my dad used to say when I left the door open, "Were you born in a barn?" "We aren't heating the neighborhood."

My recommendation? Don't get one.

It can also get 130 degrees in the summer!
Are you sure? That's pretty damned hot.
It hit 130 the day I landed in Cam Rhan Bay in early July of 1968.
Our bus had wire mesh on the windows. I wondered what that was for. Then it dawned on me that the wire mesh was to keep out mosquitoes. Then I realized that the mesh was too large to prevent mosquitoes from getting through. Then years later I learned that the mesh was to keep out hand grenades. Good thing I didn't learn about the hand grenade thing because I already had plenty to worry about. I remember sitting on top of a hill overlooking the region on the night of July 4, 1968 and watching one hell of a fireworks show with rockets, artillery and gun ships.

In LA….in Oregon not sure it'd heat you all winter...solar requires well....sunlight
The solar light on my flag pole craps out after an hour or so on a typical winter day. Good thing I've got low voltage lights hooked up to my outdoor outlet also so I've got that light all night long.
