SpaceX Rocket Headed to International Space Station Explodes After Liftoff

A SpaceX rocket carrying supplies to the International Space Station exploded Sunday morning shortly after liftoff.

SpaceX CEO Elon Musk tweeted the Falcon 9 rocket experienced a problem shortly before the first stage shutdown. As teams from SpaceX and NASA look at the data sent from the rocket, it's expected engineers will have a more complete understanding of what went wrong.
