Spooky Thing About Creditors..

I was on the phone talking to a friend and a credit card creditor tried calling me within a minute after I dialed to talk to my friend.
Second situation about 10 minutes later and I called my bank. The same creditor called again within a minute that I connected to the bank.
I consider this spying and privacy infringement. Anyone else have this happen too?

I just find it creepy that they know when I'm using the phone. Its like they are using a tracking program to see when my phone is being active.
