Actually the Spurs did try to play the pick and roll straight up, but LMA was killing them from 20 feet when he popped, and he slipped the pick several times to snag lobs at the rim. Bottom line, LMA and Miller carved them up -- good defense loses to great offense.
 
Joel said the other day that other players have told him it takes about 18 months to fully recover from the injury. It hasn't even been 12 yet.

I don't think Joel will ever quite be the same player again(injury + age factor), but I think he'll continue to get better little by little. A nice off-season of training could do wonders for him.

I am not sure all cylinders are there to fire in the first place. Some of the cylinders seem to have gunked up fuel injectors, and some seem to have a bad plug that is intermittent. An oil change might help too. :ohno:
 
Man whats with all this bad karma cylinder stuff. :D

There will be a time when Miller, LA, Batum, Camby and Matthews starting and Roy coming off the bench. Powerful top 6 that is slowly be fined tuned in the garage and will be on display when the final playoff push starts.

Just 2 games out of 6th spot.
 
I get why other fans would hate Rice, but I enjoy his crazyness.

I tend to not have any problems with our starting 5. We do need to find some bench scoring. If it can be Roy, great. But I am not so sure how Roy fits in with the second unit right now.

With B out, this is really AnDre's team. He really controls the flow, sets up LMA, plays great team defense, Cool as Ice, but need's to shoot more!

And Przybilla, it was great to watch him start at home tonight, and he was so good last year, So sad to see him struggle.

Wesley Mathews, Tereke Evans got nothing on you and your Defense..
