Hey guys, hope your offseason is going well. I love the new site design!

Not sure if you remember me, it's your good ole friend Splits from SpursTalk. We had some good fun the past couple of years (although I learned not to post poopy pictures here)

Anyhow, how's the 2015-16 Trailblazer season shaping up? Thought you might find this picture interesting.

Ouch. Bad offseason? I love Vonleh, BTW.

Yeah. I personally hate LaMarcus Aldridge for leaving us so you're really not going to get a warm welcome coming in here with this. I liked Aldridge immensely as a Blazer, he would have gone down as my favorite player ever but now, fuck him and the horse he rode on.

or however they say it in Texas.

We do too. Just don't come crying to us when LaMarsha turns out to be a bigger pussy for you guys than he did with us.

Dude, easy.

Anyhow, we don't need tough guys. We need good, smart guys. Pretty sure LMA will fit right in to Pop's system. And the oddsmakers in Vegas do too, we're favorites in the West!

We're really excited down here in SA!

Fuck San Antonio. I hate you guys more than the Lakers, which I never thought was humanly possible. And I cheered for them in the past.

Would you have stayed with that franchise given his history? He gave everything he could to you. He wants to be a champion. Not his fault you have a shitty front office where his ceiling was the 2nd round year in and year out.

I'm a blazers fan, so all this is irrelevant. He ditched us when we were on our way up. I would have stayed with Portland, because I am a Blazers fan.

You're trying to rationalize with a biased fanbase, so I don't know what answer or reaction you are looking for.

So Aldridge can go fuck himself and I hope your franchise burns to the fucking ground.

After the stories I heard, I don't fucking miss him.

I really don't have to go over my rants from this summer. Suffice it to say, time to move on to the future, we're going to suck for a while and I hope the Spurs get embarassed every year and never win another championship as long as Aldridge is there.

You weren't on your way up. You went from a 2nd round exit to a first round exit to all of your players wanting to leave your team.

Don't hate the Spurs for being the best-run organization in all of sports. Introspection is probably a better path...

So first round exits had nothing to do with the "leader" of the team? It was the front office's fault? Let's talk next summer and revisit this.

Aldridge makes 10 out of his 22 midrange attempts = buenas noches
Aldridge misses his midrange attempts = "we tried hard, but it wasn't meant to be, y'know?"

Spurs make me sick, wish them nothing but failures and bad fortune.

We went from a 2nd round exit to a 1st round exit because Aldridge decided to lay a fucking egg in the playoffs.

We had Lillard, Aldridge, we just traded Batum for a solid SG in Henderson and some youth and potential in Volneh, signed Aminu who would have fit in nicely (better than Batum) and Ed Davis who would be a perfect backup PF and we had tons of cap space to spend in whatever direction we want. We had the flexibility to get better..way better and the cap would go crazy up next season.

But you probably wouldn't understand any of that because you probably have a shit Bball IQ from the way your trying to justify why we shouldn't be mad.

I don't hate the Spurs for being the best run organization in sports. (may be true but its seriously cliche and makes you look like an idiot for posting that).

I hate the Spurs because LaMarcus ditched the Blazers for them. That's all. What else do you want me to feel? Do you want me to "wish the best for LaMarcus". No, that's not gonna happen.

I seriously hope your cocky fuck-boy organization burns to the ground.

Perhaps calling for high-post ISO sets every time down the floor isn't the proper way to use a top-10 talent. Pretty sure you won't see much of that out of Pop this year.

Did you even watch the games? The body language of LMA said it all. Dude flew home on his own. If that isn't checked out, I don't know what is.

Then what else do you expect LMA to do? And just wait and see what happens when you ask him to fill in at center.

Only one player wanted to leave. And he only left because Wes went down. Had LaMarcus stayed, Wes and Robin would have been given offers to stay, too.

Well if you makes you feel any better, our starting point guard is fat and washed up...

Good thing we got Patty Thrills as a backup...

LaMarcus is the only guy I hate on there. But I don't like the Spurs because he's there. Don't get me wrong, if Aldridge wasn't there, I'd be pulling for the Spurs, but Aldridge ditched us so we have no other reaction than to hate him. We all wanted LMA back.

The one thing that Aldridge can never be, with this move to the Spurs, is a champion. Oh, he may well be on a team that wins a couple of titles, but he'll do it on Pop's and Timmy's and Parker's strengths, not his own. He had a chance to stick here and let Olshey tweak the roster and, maybe, competed for a title that he could have legitimately said was earned with him as the centerpiece. As it is, he's just another guy Pop brought in to finish out the Duncan era.
