The Idaho Stampede used a 42-point fourth quarter to defeat the Los Angeles D-Fenders 123-113. Kevin Murphy led the comeback with 19 points in the final quarter.
EJ Singler set Dee Bost up for a 3-pointer with 2:16 left in the fourth to give Idaho its first lead since the second quarter. Kevin Murphy followed by splitting two free throws to give the Stampede a two point advantage. After D-Fender forward Brandon Costner's miss, Dee Bost made a jumper to put Idaho up by four. James Southerland grabbed an offensive rebound and converted the put back to bring Los Angeles within two points with 52 seconds remaining in the game. After winding the shot-clock all the way down, Dee Bost found Reggie Hearn outside for the 3-pointer to put the game away.

With Pierre Jackson, the league's leading scorer (29.9 ppg), and Richard Howell (18.3 ppg) unable to play, Stampede coach Michael Peck looked to his bench for help. Kevin Murphy started in place of Jackson and poured in 39 points. Reggie Hearn scored a career-high 25 points and pulled down eight rebounds. Dee Bost had 22 points, 13 assists and five rebounds while playing the entire game. Dallas Lauderdale added 17 rebounds in the win.

Manny Harris followed his 49-point performance last night with 38 points and 10 rebounds tonight. James Southerland provided support from outside hitting six 3-pointers on his way to 26 points. Josiah Turner (seven assists) and Terrence Williams (eight assists) distributed the ball all game to set up their teammates.

The Idaho Stampede (12-8) will host Santa Cruz on January 18 and the Los Angeles D-Fenders (9-8) plays Maine on January 13.
