I think in this case they are purposely not showing the best parts because uts both the the end of the trillogy and of the saga

They've needed better scripts for awhile in my view...I can only take so much CGI before a movie looks like a video game to me

I never watch movies in theaters, the experience is so much better at home, better sound, better image quality, and I can pause and go to the bathroom whenever I want.

I have a pretty decent sound system in my main room as well as very good system for my bedroom and like you said you can watch it at your liesure.

Disney buying Marvel, and Starwars was kind of the end of both for me...

There are a few samples of CGI that blow my mind in quality but they're way too expensive and time consuming for mainstream movies.

That guy was more important to me as a child than Picasso or Van Gogh...I have Jason and the Argonauts and a couple of Sinbad originals in black and white on VCDs I picked up in Taiwan...brilliant special effects guy...defined the whole genre....I also have the original Godzilla vs Mothra and King Kong films on disc done by the Japanese

What I didn't like in the trailer I saw it looked like Rey and Kylo Ren were both destroying the same object with there lightsabers. So does one switch sides????

The Rise of Skywaker? Is Luke going to rise from the dead, resurrected like Jesus? Anakin? Maybe the legend of Skywalker will rise to propel the resistance?
Is Rey a Skywalker? Maybe we will see through flashbacks how Anakin and the Skywalkers came to be.

I haven't seen it, and this is the first star wars movie that I'm seriously considering not seeing in the theaters.

I read the leaks and heard reviews and it sounds fucking horrible.
