He's a good defender yet the Blazers are ranked 22nd on defense?

because of the other people who play on the team?

Lillard is a so-so defender, same with Batum. And Williams. And Robinson.

Batum is the best defender on the team and I thought Mathews was a lock down defender?

Bgd is a CJ and Matthews troll. It's fucking annoying

How am I a troll? I have been a Blazers fan since 1988-1989 season. CJ hasn't even played a game. I just said when all said and done I think Crabbe will be the valuable player. I have been saying that since the got drafted. I think the Blazers really found a diamond in the rough. Why do you think CJ will get playing time anyway when he comes back. The Blazers chemistry is working so well I'm sure he would take minutes away from Mo. If CJ's so good that doesn't concern you?

You've been harping and digging on CJ without a single regular season game. You are trolling about him because you have nothing to back up your claim.

As for Matthews... He has been playing superb, yet you still make digs on him. Just come out and say how much you want a selfish melo on this club. Your idiotic trade machine "we need a superstar" bullshit is old.

BGD has no idea what he's talking about.

Crabbe makes two 3's in garbage time so you think he's as good as CJ?

It's not close. There is a reason why he was a top-10 pick - out of Lehigh of all places.

"He hasn't even played yet! ......so let's trade him."

Stfu already.

Well I don't know when I said trade him? And as for Melo I wasn't the one that created the thread.

Who the hell becomes a fan of the Blazers during that train wreck of a season!?

That season was one of the season to STOP being a Blazer fan in the 80's. God that was a painful season.

What a bad guy for becoming a fan that season!

Aw, lay off him. He even stopped starting so many threads. He's okay.

No but you damn sure made it public on how we needed him. That shows your lack of logic

No I said in the playoffs it's stars that win you games and that the game changes in the playoffs. I never said this team SPECIFICALLY NEEDS Melo and for those that did I don't hear you or anyone else calling them out. I also said that in the playoffs I would take skill over chemistry and in the regular season the other way around (That's not saying Chemistry is not important & vice versa.) I'm not the only one that said that either and again I don't hear you or anyone else calling them out for that either.

We specifically don't need melo at any point of any season. I would be way more comfortable with the players we have than that selfish piece if shit

This is perplexing. But it's all good. There's always room on the L-Train.

Did you see what I posted in the "around the NBA thread"? Melo is just now figuring out that scoring 30 a night isn't necessarily what is best for his team, or winning.

He's done this before and usually falls back to his normal self again. I don't trust his words.

I would do it, if Milwaukee was willing to trade him. Not sure how you trade with the PPP though.

I was able to make Sanders for Leonard and Crabbe work on Realgm tradechecker. Then a separate trade, Ilyansova for Robinson and McCollum works. Basically giving up Leonard, Robinson, Mcollum and Crabbe for Sanders and also taking on Ilyansova's contract. Although he looked pretty damn good until this year; he might be an upgrade over Wright. A young Sanders who can play C or PF. And not really giving up any essential parts. Not sure if milwaukee would do this unless they are concerned about his character.
