This seems to be a recurring theme with Aldridge, who got his panties in a twist when Roy broke out. If you remember back, apparently there was a bit of discord between them, until they spent some time together (somewhere can't remember and learnt to get along).
IF it's true.

Bottom line, I'm over the Blazers from the 00's period, and with the emergence of Meyers and Cj, to add to Lillard, I'd like to see the team move forward with the younger players, to start a fresh era. That means detaching from LMA and Batum.
Leave the curse from the 00's behind and re-tool with the youngsters/ fresh blood.
Re-tool to a completely Olshey built team.
The only player worth keeping from that snake-bitten period is Matthews - and that's if he comes back serviceable.

A coaching change would probably be beneficial as well.
