New president Dewayne Hankins, interim GM Joe Cronin, and coach Chauncey Billups held a press conference thursday to usher in a new era if Blazers basketball. The Blazers can't do anything about Root, are looking for trades (Dame isn't going anywhere), and to build a culture of winning.
Meanwhile, the Blazers injury carousel of injuries continues. Lillard has been out with an abdominal I jury, McCollum suffered a collapsed last lung, Powell a quad injury and a broken nose, Little a sprained ankle and cramps, Snell a sprained ankle, McLemore a hip injury, Zeller a quad injury and several hits to the face. Can the Blazers get healthy and turn the season around? Should they? That draft pick could be helpful? It looks like CJ and Roco may be headed out the door. Nurkic is in a contract year...is he gone too?
