The Blazers finished the season 33-49 in 13th place in the West and will miss the playoffs for the second season in a row. They did lock up the 5th spot in the lottery (whether they stay 5th, move up or down is still up in the air). 1st pick Victor Wembanyama is in play. The Blazers have also promised they will look for an all in trades for a second star. We will see if it materializes.
