Summer Job

Are any of you guys going to get or have a summer job??This summer I'm going to be at a summer camp being a counseler. Its going to be awesome. I used to go as a camper and know i'm going to be a counseler. Should be pretty fun. Probably wont be on bbw that much, but its also going to be the offseason for bball so. What are ya'lls plans for the summer?

I just turned in an application at Papa Gino's! lol I need a job bad man, car insurance is craaaaaazy. Plus gas, plus just having some cash do go out and do stuff. It's gunna be real tough.

I dunno how it will work out at Papa Ginos though. I went to turn in the application, and the girl that took it from me (hottie lol) was like: "Hey are you just turning that in?" I said yes, but then she just grabbed it from me, said bye, and walked off fast. I think I should have talked a little bit more and asked like when I should get a call if they want me, etc. But oh well.

Working with my dad and working at a local Ball Park doing a concession stand for the single A baseball team..It doesnt pay much but its fun as hell because everyone just fucks around..I also work for my dad during the school year, welding and stuff, $15 an hour suckaaas

How f*cking expensive can it get, the first car i buy is definately gonna have some alternative gas system, oil/gas is just ridiculous right now.

Nope. Ill be turning 14 this summer. Not really that much I could do. And I dont want to force it. I will probably start working in another year or 2.

I don't have one yet, but I have two standing offers if I can't find anything else. One of them is at a furniture company that my friend's dad owns, and another one is at Sams Club working the night shift, making about $700 every two weeks.

At 14 you should be wasting your summers away at the pool or something...not working...although if you have money trouble all the power to you trying to get a job. If your under 14 make flyers for lawn help or something around the neighborhood...You can be your own boss and make good money because people will see your showing ambition.

Im 17 and Im getting my first summer job working 3 days a week this summer. Im not very excited about it though. Work is gay and I'd much rather chill with my friends.But I need cash money for gas for my car. Costs me like 50+ to fill my 06 Liberty. Yeah, its sweet, but lotta gas. Buying gas isnt going to help my cause to save up to buy some subs and amps.

I have under 200 dollars in my bank account. I have to work for everything I get. I was raised that you cant just expect free sh*t to fall into your lap. When I got the car for my birthday, it was the first time in my life my parents had got me something that big and expensive for anything. Also part of the deal was that I'd need to drive my brother and 2 sisters around. But whatever, point is, is that im not spoiled in the least bit.
