The Super 14, a competition between South African, New Zealand and Australian clubs, started yesterday. The Reds gained a key victory after having a dismal season in 2007, while the Crusaders look to be back to perfect form. The Lions will likely still continue to struggle, while the Bulls should do well once again since Victor Matfield will return from Toulon (France) for the season.
