...lol...I was just kidding about the hot pockets...I won't touch them!...... My Son is a chef and we're always joking about actually eating them.

...and yes, the ingredients are scary;

CONTAINS: MILK, EGG, SOY, WHEAT INGREDIENTS.

I know this ingredients list is overwhelming, so let’s look at a few of the ingredients.

Soybean Oil: Soy is higher in phytoestrogen than any other food. Phytoestrogens are plant based estrogen that mimic the estrogen in our body. Consuming high amounts of phytoestrogen, is the leading cause of breast cancer, endometriosis, uterine fibroids, infertility and low libido.
-Soy is also the king of cell Goitrogens (thyroid suppressors).
-Phytlates found in soy block mineral absorption.
-Also found in Soy, Trypsin inhibitors, inhibits proper digestion of protein.
-93% of Soy is genetically modified.

Modified starch: This is treated with acid to lower viscosity.
-These starches are difficult for the body to digest.
-The gluten in modified starch can make celiac disease worse.
-People can be allergic
-It may lower blood sugar levels making it dangerous for diabetics
-May interfere with blood sugar levels during and after surgery. Modified starches should be avoided 2 weeks before scheduled surgery
-Causes nausea, gas, abdominal cramping, diarrhea, bloating and vomiting

Carrageenan: Keep your eye out because this ingredient can sometimes be in even “organic” products.
-It lowers blood pressure, slows blood clotting
-Causes intestinal lesions, ulceration and malignant tumors
-The past 4 decades, Scientists have repeatedly warned carrageenan is not safe for human consumption

Sodium citrate: This is actually used to treat high acidity levels in blood and urine and should be used with caution. It should not be ingested by people with inflammatory bowl diseases (example: ulcerated colitis) or any gastrointestinal conditions.
-Can cause allergic reactions, muscle twitching or cramps, nervousness, irritability, seizures, bloody diarrhea, stomach pain and vomiting

L-cysteine: is a softening agent that is added to speed up the processing of baked goods. Sometimes this agent is lab created but most often it actually comes from cow horns, human hair, and chicken feathers that has been dissolved in acid to isolate L-cysteine and then it’s added to baked goods.

Casein: is an animal protein found in (cow) dairy products. Casein promotes cancer in all stages. It is a strong mucus forming substance, clogging and irritating the respiratory system. Animal protein allergies are very common.

Annatto: is a red plant extract that has been associated with Irritable Bowel Syndrome, with additional discomforts such as abdominal pain and bloating.
In addition to the long list of nasty ingredients, In 2014 Nestle USA recalled over 238,000 cases of its Hot Pockets. Their beef provider, Rancho Feeding Corporation sold “Unwholesome Meat Products Produced Without the Benefit of Full Inspection”. This massive recall of nearly 9 million pounds of meat was from “diseased and unsound” animals. Nestle stated that “a small quantity of meat” from the Ranchero Feeding Corp was used to make Hot Pockets. The USDA described the food as “unfit for humans”.
Damn...."unfit for humans"...........Possibly your dog could have had some.

Thank You my friend.. I was in NO in '98 and enjoyed gator, which tastes like chicken. Loved their Po Boys too. Got drunk and threw up in a gutter for tradition sake. Enjoyed beer at the "Bulldog". BBQ is king in the South and #1 for cholesterol!

^^^^
One has to try Gator, as well as:

Beignets, Pecan Pralines, Sweet Potato Pecan Pie, Andouille, Cajun Smoked sausages e.g. crawfish, pork, or beef. Boudin (pork &/or crawfish), Jambalya, Gumbo, Etouffe (crawfish tails in a crawfish roux), and of course yeast roll Pistolettes. Po' Boys of jumbo prawns, which explode in yer mouth; squirt across the restaurant with each bite...

I shit ye' not, my cholestrol was 320-380 living in Luzianna.
I wasn't in the south but 3 mos, (and had no clue I was diabetic) yet knew something was seriously wrong. Went to 3 dr's, then an ER was told I was stressed out by all 4. Not one fkr took my blood sugar reading(s), even when I listed every basic symptom(s) of diabetes. Not until I slipped into a diabetic coma, blood sugar a tad above 900. I went in with 20/10 vision, came out with tri-focals, and neuropathy from hell....(just for starters)

^^^^ I was aware you weren't serious, neither was I...

Seriously 59, Thanx for posting this-

with t/trifecta of Diabetes, Hypertension (since age 27), and Hi-Cholestrol, ntm- t/recent RNC surgery, losing half a fkng kidney awoke my ass to these types of over processed foods I had long partaken of, no more.....

I ate whatever I wanted for way too long. Now at this age, I'm paying for a life of eating damn near whatever I wanted, even tho' I've been 50-60 lbs lighter than I was 20 yrs ago, and well within my proper range for weight...

I've long refused a smart phone, 'til my son bought me one for Xmas. Now at the Grocery Stores, after googling every fkng product with these types of ingredients.

I thought about having a simple bowl of rice, grain by grain, nope, not good too much carbs. Even simple breads I cannot have. I wen't to have some homeade guacamole knowing its LDL oils are great for lowering cholestrol. I googled Avocados and Kidney health: avocados can utterly destroy one's kidneys. More-so for the person whose already got problems in such.... a common trip to a dr these days, utterly depressing; hearing in order to exist, you must not live with anything worth eating....

honestly for SB, its probably a bowl of oatmeal and raisens, oh fkng well...

Not at all. Can't mix pizza with cheesesteak unless your in NY/NJ.

So they do have Vegan Cows in NJ/NY....??? lol....

btw- puking in street gutters in Nawlins and/or Hotlanta, a rite of passage...!!!

btw- "why do they call cowboys cow-boys, when bulls are boys, so it's bullboys and cowgirls"...

So ya' can't wrap a Philly Cheesestak in a Deep Dish Pizza - ??

in another life, I've figured out my SB special,Taco Town. No catering necessary, it's all in the bag... anything you'd add to t/bag- ??

a live chicken, blue oyster gumbo; 4 boxes of Twinkies to soak it all up?? Throw in a flopping 40lb baby halibut, pineapple poi; and all regions are represented, most necessary food groups too...

Taco Town, it's all in the bag, no catering necessary-

Okay guys me and my Husband need an invite to one of your houses for the Super Bowl. We have a major Gas issue and had to evacuate the premises.

No I have to wait until I can spark a match unless I will blow the house up.

No I have to wait until I can spark a match unless I will blow the house up.

so you're talkin' a natural gas leak; not a methane gas Taco Town leak(s)... :biglaugh:

Hokay, I've got two Wing Suits on the way overnight delivery. If you both jump off the Empire State bldg, catch the breeze, you'll be here just in time for Kickoff or prior; when the Patsies call both head and tails...:devilwink:

Here's a quick Tutorial on how to use those suits, beware of other AC, you must yield to them...:biglaugh:

I can't drink, there was a period of time, when there was no such thing as 1 beer, pitcher, case, keg. No glass of wine, No 1 bottle, maybe 1 Vineyard, 1 Brewery. 1 brand of Scotch, Bourbon, Takillya, Rum 1st al. At times, No such thing as 1 Bar...
I can't drink the hard stuff although I do like the frozen Cocktails like Pina Coladas and Daquiries.

There was a day, more like decades; when they made good metal and glass Blenders. A long season in my much younger life; here in the fkng hot summer desert, when I'd damn near burn up blenders, (even tho' they once were American made).
1st order of business after work, fire up the blender;
Mangos are cheap here, with plenty of most tropical fruits (seasonal).
Fresh Fruit Daiquiri's- Rum
Fresh Strawberry or Tropical Margarita's - Takillya; (bet Tom's having one soon)

Then there's the infamous Velvet Hammer: Vodka, Kahlua, Cointreau, blended with ice and Half & Half, a milkshake/frap kick ass drink, to easy too fast to get wasted on quick.
I once had to carry my Newlywed Wife 1/4 mile down a beach, then up 2 flights of stairs to our oceanfront suite on our Honeymoon. A late afternoon spent prior, in Don The Beachcomber's bar in Santa Barbara. After 5 Hammers made of Velvet hit her upside the head, she didn't pass out 'til we sat on the boardwalk bench, 1/4 mile from the suite... I had opened up the biggest bottle of Blue Nun right before we sat down at that bench, (right b4 she passed out) one drink and zonk. I drank most of it myself, then staggered that last 100 yards to the stairs... The things we do for love...

This is funny Rob tell Kim to lay off the booze.

Definitely an all-time great play by Philly to go up by 10, can anyone sack Marsha's little bro...

"The Dutchman" must be in the house, i.e. the only Qb to beat the Lombardi Packers in a playoff game....

Noles is no VB. Foles is having a seance in the clubhouse to channel the Dutchman..:blessed::smiley-molise:
