It was fun being in a room with a bunch of Spanish speakers and all of them wondering what the hell the guy was even saying. Guess it's a little like listening to Bone Thugs or a bunch of Pearl Jam songs. I'm with you, found it boring, but I'm not a fan of that genre of music either. And you know what, that's perfectly fine! I loved the Dre/Snoop/Eminem halftime show a few years ago and I'm sure there were many that hated it. Not everything is for everyone and if my favorite band (Foo Fighters) performed, there would be plenty of people that would be bored and/or dislike it. I do find the discourse around it went from hilarious (the rush of people to praise or condemn BB) to now just nauseating. If I never have to hear about either of those halftime shows again, I'll be a very happy man!

Foo Fighters would be a great choice for a halftime show. Very likable and they are extremely talented/popular.

Foo Fighters and Green Day are great if you like Pop Rock. Can't change the station fast enough personally.
