Super Smash Bros Brawl Delayed

Delayed from December 3rd to Feburary 20, 2008. The Wii's most anticipated AAA title was announced to be delayed. As sad as I am since I will have to wait two more months will only have more reasons to be optimistic about what they can do with the extra time. I'm really HOPING for them to implement an online ranking system/leaderboards since WiFi play is confimed with online co-op adventure mode. They can also look to fix some of the bugs that maybe some of the ones that those who played the demo have noticed. Overall, it's the most beautiful looking game so far running at 60 fps, 480p, and widescreen from the videos I've seen. Also, Sonic the Hedgehog has been confirmed as a playable character yesterday so that would add more anxiety to when the launch day will come. Since Halo 3 is out of competition for the game of the year for 2007, it will easily win it but next year... BRAWL WILL BE IT!!! I'm sure to get my copy.</p>

In other news, Mario Kart Wii (another title I've looking forward to) has been delayed also to Q1 2008 instead of January 2008. Looks like it will be coming out around March or April IMO.</p>

I am so glad I didnt purchase a Wii when I had the chance, I really wanted to get one when it came out and was getting rave reviews but now as time passes I realize I made a great choice as they're library of games does not impress me one bit...I have been playing Mario Cart, Golf, Party...etc for so long that rehashed versions do not thrill me enough to warrant a purchase. The only title I could see myself playing is Zelda, other then that I am dumb-found to name another.</p>

The best console to me is PS3, it has the best games, and in 08 is getting even more, it has blue-ray and cell processor which is a must have. Xbox 360 is an original Xbox with better graphics.</p>

</div>Wow....just, wow. How does it have the best games? All the great games on it (GRAW, Oblivion, etc.) are all on the 360, and actually play better on the 360. The only worthwhile game on that system is Heavenly Sword. The 360, on the other hand, has what will likely get 1-2 in Game of the Year votings in Halo 3 and Bioshock. Not to mention that all EA Sports games play at 60fps on the 360 as opposed to 30fps on the PS3, making the graphics look a whole lot worse. The PS3 isBY FAR the worst system on the market. Itstill has overheating problems (something the 360 hasaddressed), and they stilldon't use the hardware to it's fullest. Hell, they don'teven know HOW to use the hardware of that machine to it's fullest. MAYBE, when the system goes down in price and actually gets some worthwhile games, I'll look into getting it. Until then, I'll happily stick with my 360 and it'smuch better library of games. </p>

My initial reaction was anger, I mean it was supposed to come out in June. I haven't whooped on any of my friends in a SSB game in a while. But since they announced Sonic, I guess I can wait,they can only make the game better.</p>

Yeah, I was gonna wait to pick this game up when it was $40 or possibly rent it, since I don't have time to play it until Xmas break, and by thenBrawl wouldhave beenout. I will buy it and rent that Mario-Sonic Olympics game. I hope Galaxy is like the 64 one!</p>

Super Smash Bros was the first game I ever got on my N64, I still play it sometimes.Sucks for it to be delayed an all but the series of games rock and kick ass.Super smash games are always so fun to play they never get you bored.</p>

Wow, at first, I was really looking forward to destroying others online but after Monday's update on the website, single player looks pretty nice. All the more reason to pick this game up ASAP.</p>
