No you're a bit confused, "Total QBR" is different from traditional quarterback rating.

Total QBR is an attempt to take into account Rushing yards, Rushing TDs, sacks, fumbles, time left in game, and scoring margin when you score.

When you are a Blazer fan you are constantly depressed anyway . The Seahawks will be even better next year. Their cap situation provides them a lot of flexibility. They are very young. RW is the master of preparation and didn't have the benefit of being an understudy for a year. It will be a battle next year in the NFC west. If I were a 49ers fan I would be worried about a hangover from the superbowl, however this didn't seem to happen this year, so they probably will be ok.
