I just realized my old graphic is out of date since it says Swish15. Thanks to whoever picks this up.

^Go to Filter>Sharpen>Sharpen on that hoop layer. That should help. Is that ok swish? If not i can try to make something simple.

I agree. Most things do not need to be sharpened. It tends to take away depth. This one is locked.
