lol. connaughton and montero aren't playing unless we're getting blown out or they are getting blown out.

And are swish3s worth more than 3's?
 
swish3s are worth 3, unless there is the and 1, which makes for great offense!

Yes, let's hope that we don't see much of Connaughton or Montero in the playoff series, but if they are in they should not attempt swish3s.

So actually it doesn't really matter who shoots the Swish3s as long as they are actually Swish3s right. I mean what we don't want is players shooting brick3s right. I don't care who shoots em as long as the result is Swish3.
 
The rule for swish3 shooting should be that only Blazers who averaged over 30% for the season should take any swish3 shots. That means that there are none in the playoffs to be taken by Vonleh or Harkless.

If the Nuggets game swish3 shots taken by Vonleh, Harkless, Connaughton, and Montero were redistributed among Lillard, McCollum, Crabbe, and Aminu, there would have been an additional 6 points that, while not needed in that game, may be critical against the Clippers.

Notice that the winning strategy of the Warriors has included 886 Steph and 650 Klay swish3 attempts this season. That is an average of 18.7 swish3 attempts per game. If Dame and CJ each increased their attempts to more than 9 each per game, the increased points scored can be enough to beat the Clippers and give the Warriors a good run in the next round. This strategy will also depend on swish3s scoring from Allen and Chief, who will be important factors.

For the 12 Blazer swish3s I imagine Dame and CJ to get 4 each and Allen and Chief to get 3 each in the wins. If the Blazers can bring the energetic defense, strong screening, accurate assist team that has been effective in the 2nd half of the season to the playoffs, these can be wins.

Gerald has better than 30% for the season, therefore yes, but please be hot, Hendo!
 
Remember when Kaman tried to hit swish3's agains the Dubs. That was pretty fun!

There would have been an additional 12 points and that would be a major advantage.

With Riddick and Crawful being good at swish3s... I don't think its a matter of how many we make, but rather how many MORE we make than them. I think if we can make 5 more threes, but shoot an even percentage from 3 as them... we have the game.
 
Strategy for beating the Clippers has to include 12 or more swish3s and holding them to about 6 (as they made in game 1). The additional 6 Blazer swish3s can be contributed by the best percentage shooters (for the season) taking open shots from favorite spots in rhythm.

Allen, Chief, and Brian are at the top of the list, and should each be shooting them in the context the making as many in a row as they can. They should not leave each spot until at least 10 in a row have been made. Then shoot in the game from the best spots from good ball movement. Dame and CJ should each take 8-10 swish3s, Allen, Chief. and Brian should take at least 4. The outcome can be a win.

There will need to be defense for all 48 minutes, and the fouls need to be called with consistency on both ends of the court. Let's win game 2!

God, I just had a nightmare that Free throw guy would branch out and try to distract all the 3 point shots of the opposing team.
