Tagging

Have other people noticed an increased amount of tagging and graffiti throughout the city or am I just noticing it now that I'm looking for it?

I live in Southeast and the amount of tagging that has been going on has been alarming to me. I never really thought of Portland as a place that suffered from this kind of BS, but it's been really irritating to see how prevalent it's getting. I wonder what the city plans on doing to prevent this from continuing.

I haven't noticed that. It's hard for me to read most of them as I drive by. However, I have a few around town that read "start".
