I'm thinking of getting something small -- possibly on my wrist. Any ideas?
 
As a Global Moderator shouldn't it be "S2" superimposed over the planet earth?
 
Uh. Not the way to get a tattoo.

I'd think of something that means something to you or represents something to you and go with that.
 
if it's your only tat, the wrist is fine if you're a chick.

IMO, If you need help deciding on what to get, you should not be getting a tattoo.

Yeah man, I know. I just wanted to hear some ideas. I thought about getting some kind of symbol that represents something I believe in or means something. You're a tattoo guy. You know any sites that have good tattoo galleries?

I agree here. It took me forever to decide which ones I should get. I know I won't regret it either. Especially since you are going to get it in a place where you are gonna have to look at it everyday, all the time, along with everybody else you are involved with.

I'm half-Japanese so I got some kanji, gonna get a samurai warrior, and I'm gonna get all the zodiac symbols of my kids.
 
get something that is important to you and your life. I got a fallen angel on my arm to represent the end of my marriage (my wife cheated and left me and my son, hence fallen angel) and it is very important to me and I love my tattoo.

I am also getting my sons name across my chest with his birthday. Very important to me.

My friend thought it would be funny to get Commander Keen on his body. He now regrets it.

Ya feel me?

just go a google image search for tattoo man. TONS come up and some cool ass shit.
 
I would just get some random letter with a random script on the forearm, like an old english D.

Carvings are much more in vogue now than tattoos.

If I still worked in the factory, I'd definitely want to get my foreman that tattoo. On his forehead.

IMO if you really want tattoos you should be able to hide them when in a professional setting
 
More likely than not, I might join either NYPD or FDNY. It's not like I need to hide them there.

Those jobs are hard to get in CA, dunno about NY...dont put all your eggs in one basket dude...All visible tattoo's will do to you at work is keep you down
 
I can always wear long sleeve shirts. Regardless, a job shouldn't dictate if you get a tattoo. Live life to the fullest, you know. Not to mention more jobs are becoming tolerant of tattoos.
