Why not let people draft whoever they want on the board. They'd have to communicate with them first, of course, but it seems like a better idea than having a select few being up for grabs. Who will be first captain anyway?

I think what they were talking about was instead of having the captains being able to pick only from a select list (the people who would sign up in this thread), they should be able to pick any member on the site, even if they didn't specifically sign up in this thread.That is how I interpreted it, but then again I could be wrong... but I'd like to see us do it the first way instead.

I dont quite know wuts going on.
 
I personally think it should be a draft and not this recruiting retardness thats going on right now. But hey, who am I, right?
