How about if Meyers played like Drummond? How about Cousins?

Plumlee is playing ahead of guys that are stars in the NBA. He's playing over guys that will be making millions upon millions more than him. Meyers will never be on team USA, and neither should Plumlee.

Obviously, Robin Lopez among them. But (a) including the 4 is a cheat, because he's strictly a 5, and (b) a ton of them have made it clear they don't want to play.

Absolutely ridiculous to make them go through the charades of all these publicity stunts (rally at the parks, photo sessions, etc etc) if you don't even the play them in the game. Why take 15 if you're gonna play 11

Yup. Seems like insurance in case another injury happens.

i hope Dame doesn't even consider team USA in the future. If he cannot beat out guards like Rose (who is better when healthy, but is hot garbage atm) or Irving, how does he beat out someone like CP or Westbrook. Not worth risking a dumb injury in practice.
