I have a rather annoying problem with this site. If I refresh the home page of the OT forum it will refresh that page and display the most current posts like it should.

BUT, if I click on the most current post, for example "Chris Craig 7 minutes ago", more times than not Chris' most current as well as some others won't display unless I empty the cache. Instead the page may show the most current post as one that was actually made before.

Not sure if this makes sense but I was just wondering if there's some sort of setting here that will allow the most current post to display as it should automaticall...it's just a pain in the ass to have to clear the cache in order to view the page as it should be.

...Any guidance would be greatly appreciated...I suspect the problem could have to do with any one of about 5 Chrome extensions I'm running.

OSX High Sierra

...not a site issue, has to do with your browser caching :dunno: good luck!

It takes the deep state time to record your posts would be my guess.....Denny has been busy!

I use Foxfire and I don't have that problem. Maybe it's due to my clean living. Nah, I ain't that clean.

...yeah, I used FF for years...but all things considered Chrome works slightly better for me, except for this one annoying problem...like I said, I gotta believe it has something to do with an extension I installed like ad block origin or something...I probably need to disallow all of the extensions and then one by one re-allow them till I narrow it down as to which one is causing the problem.

...as usual, I probably need to consider Occam's Razor.

I used to use Chrome and then Sly talked me into Firefox. Now, I see he's using a different browser these days. He's so unfaithful.

...Sly is the root of all problems...and that canine must be euthanized. :blazerwookie::blazerwookie::blazerwookie:
