I think it's well known that I'm not particularly fond of Terry. But I also knew that after the season we just had we couldn't/wouldn't make a coaching change. I'm happy that it's a 3-year contract and not a 5-year contract.

Is it essentially a 4 year one though? As in it won't end until 4 years from now? From what I heard it takes place after we pick up our option for him next year. It doesn't replace that current contract. Unless I heard wrong. Anyone know?

I'm sure you're right. But, in my mind, it's now a 4-year rather than 6-year. Either way, fewer years is better. We can cut bait in 2-3 years.

Yes it runs through 2019-2020. So it looks like he gets paid for 4 more years, regardless if he is fired or not. (Unless there is some buyout clause) That is a nice reward from Paul to Terry IMO. Stotts is set for life.

I know its been said before but I could listen to Olshey talk for hours. And half the time he isnt even saying shit because he hates to give away inside info before its time. But how could you not rally around Olshey and Stotts. They clearly get it and want to the whole team to succeed so bad.
