Talked that last year we had only 4 solid players and the difference this year is we upgraded our bench and team chemistry better this year. Was a basic and short interview and nothing we haven't hear 100 times before. Great to get in minds of national media though.

I was actually annoyed by the fact that DP was so focused on PA's yacht. Also seemed like he spent more time talking about George Karl than about the Blazers.

That wasn't a backhanded slap at Hickson . . . that was a direct in your face, you are not a solid player, slap at Hickson.

He does that when teams begin to outperform expectations. Did that last year with the LA Kings, then during the baseball season with the Pittsburgh Pirates. Basically his way of saying that we're a good story and he's jumping on our bandwagon.
