Listen to what Quick says about Stotts: "Stotts said he will not change his offenses of defensive principals no matter what happens to the roster" That is what I'm afraid of. He CANNOT play the same style with this crew.

Maybe I'm way off base, but he now feels like what we thought he was when he first came here, a placeholder coach until later. Maybe a year from now, maybe 2, but I don't think he's the long term guy.

Yeah, I think Stotts gets a year to show what he can do with this group. Hopefully he'll be willing to adapt his coaching style, offense, and defense to utilize the current youth and talent we are building from.
