I was headed to work the morning I heard that he'd been shot and died. I picked up a buddy who worked with me and neither one of us could really believe it. I mean...WTF?

I remember waking up in the middle of the night with a strange eerie feeling that I couldn't understand at the time and couldn't get back to sleep, so after tossing and turning over and over, I did what I sometimes do in that situation which is listen to the radio for awhile...and as soon as I turned on the radio, I heard the horrible news.

Cried like a baby...one of the worst days of my life.
