I didn't pull anything out of my ass. The statements of burning down a house and raping a wife were actually said. Everyone agrees on that. Who said it is what is being disputed.

This is where Lanny is a bit confused. The poster that was arguing with Marazul went by HopeRunsDeep on Oregonlive and posted a few times here under the moniker chevyrunssometimes here. As far as I know chevy is not posting here under a different moniker.

Sly was wrong on that count as was Marzy's colorful language assuming you quoted him correctly.
It was the other feckless party that made that nothing burger threat.
Marzy's error was in saying something terribly belligerent to another party who is a current poster in S2. I think Sly corrected his assertion regarding Marzy. The other party had a moniker that Sly has revealed. As near as I can tell the other party whom Sly identified by user name (moniker), quit OLive and has never joined S2. I haven't heard from him in many years. I have no idea of his real name, his e-mail, his address or even city or state of residence or his phone number. I met him once in a hotel bar here in Portland even though he claimed not to live in Portland. He seemed like a pretty nice guy, actually. He made a picture frame for my signed autographs by two Blazer teams including Brandon Roy's signature. Nice frame. I should display it on here some day. Yes, I am sergeant Schulz in all this, however I do recall the 'incident'.

I see Lanny "knows" what I said! Well let him said it and who it was said to. I have no fear or shame of it. I said nothing terribly belligerent.

Nor did I threaten to burn a house down. @SlyPokerDog posted this, but he never saw me post it. Because I did not.

Now there was a guy, as Lanny correctly identified, that threatened to burn my boat and rape and kill my wife. I did ask both Lanny and Sly for this
fellows name so I could give it to the Oregon State Police detective on the case. I was to meet this fucker at the place he choose with the OSP not far behind
with the agreement of the Marion County DA, with one provision. We get the guys name first. Lanny and Sly would not give the SOB up.

At the time, I did not know Sly for sure knew the fellows name. I knew Lanny knew his name and the OSP would have gotten it from him, but I asked them
not to bother him with it. Sly says they came to him. I knew nothing of this. I was surprise the neither of them would give me the name in light of the extreme threat the guy put out. I had considered them friends up to that point, but friends do not protect assholes that threaten wives.

It seemed like an idiotic insult to me. You're one of the few that respects the law. Most of the lefties don't seem to care how they get Trump because he's dirty to them and the ends justify the means.

I would never give up anyone's information calling me from a blocked phone number. I had no way of verifying who I was talking to. You give me a subpoena or something official and I'll share what I know. But someone claiming to be police over the phone with a blocked caller ID, nah, I think I'll pass.

I never gave the OSP your number. I called you asking for the guys name, while I had the detective on the other phone. You told me you did not know the fellow.
As did Lanny. I knew lanny knew the number but I did not know you did until perhaps the next day. When I found out ABM and several other did.
But by this time, the DA backed out.

I thought sneaking your names in at the end was clever. The words? Reminds me of something my wife would let her employees get away with but never do herself because she's the boss and has to set a better example.

Actually I can't think of a damn thing I could have said to another man, that would justify a third person to threaten to kill my wife.
And then I can't think of a good reason for any sane person to protect the ID of that asshole.

Again, I not going to give out private information on people unless it's an official request from law enforcement. I'm not giving it to someone claiming to be a cop or to someone who claims to have a cop on the phone with them.

I'm doing that because that is the right way to treat that situation and also if you can gone to his house and do something stupid I would share some liability for your actions.

Now if he had actually shown up to your home that is different but I'm guessing if he had you would have handled things and wouldn't need anything I had to offer.

Seriously? Where do you get that he said he was a complete victim? He said he didn't think whatever insult justifies threatening someone like that.

If there was a serious threat you could have easily contacted whichever law enforcement agency you or @MarAzul saw fit to contact.

Same thing if someone in a power company t shirt shows up and wants in your house. You call the power company yourself and verify it first.
