I think so. You know when you close your eyes and you don't hear anything, but you're still awake, and you seem to be able to think of a thousand things in mere minutes? I think it's something like that. Low data input and our brains can process a lot of "thoughts." Stressful lives are that hell. Find that peace and calm.

Exactly. I'd been thinking for a while that nirvana, heaven, etc. are all based around being at peace as you slowly (and SLOWLY is the key) dim and fade.
