I'm watching history right now on the Wolves/Philly game. Love is on pace to break Moses Malone's consecutive double-double streak.

Looking at his boxscore lines, Armon had just about his worst game tonight, because he got the fewest minutes so far, 19 minutes.

I'm talking about modern era. Wilt was a 7 footer when everybody else in the league outside Bill Russell was 6'5".

So, a phony record for the Stat Beast.

How many points would Wilt have put up on Love? 80?

I've talked to Nate Thurmond (NBA 50 greatest member from that era) several times at his SF BBQ joint... thats what 6'5 looks like?

Playing in the NBDL is obviously coming very easy to Armon.

I forgot about Nate the Great. Anymore that I forgot? I hope you understood the gist of it.

Having watched Armon in two D-league games now, my impression is that D-League play doesn't really look like it's preparing him for the NBA in any meaningful way. It does keep him active and in shape, so I guess that's a good thing.

I have read that Armon unfortuantely is having to play a lot of minutes at SG there.

While that's definitely not why he was sent down there, I believe a big missing from his game was his shot, so it's good for him to be developing his scoring potential because I really do believe he has the ball handling and defensive skills to be a solid PG in the league.

He definitely has the physical tools. We basically have not had a PG who had a well rounded game since Porter and Strickland were here. Every PG we have had since then has had holes in their game except for when Scottie Pippen was playing out of position.
