Honestly though, I was kinda shocked to see Ray’s on here... used to shop there a ton when visiting family in Sisters.

I was in the restaurant/lounge biz for awhile...and trust me, if you were a fly on the wall of just about any kitchen, you'd run out screaming.

My brother in law worked for a beer distributor for many years and was in charge of setting up and trouble shooting taps in restaurants and bars so he was in the back kitchen of many of them and he told me stories of the sanitation of many of the top places around town. Wasn't a very glowing endorsement.

I have a friend that works for a pest control company and he said pizza places are the worse. They go in and spray everything down each night because of the roaches.
