The Blazers may be interested in Kevin Love?

Re: kevin love

This board's obsession with Love is bordering on creepy. Never seen so much interest for a guy that is so mediocre.

If he were mediocre, that would be weird. And creepy, maybe.

I think that's really cool that Love accomplished that. I love hustle guys and he epitomizes hustle guys.

He's pretty talented too. Mark Madsen was a hustle guy, but wasn't a league leader in Rebound Rate or a 20 PER player.

He is mediocre. Expect a rash of 30/30 games around the NBA.

The best kind of rash to have around things, I guess.

If you are going to have a "Love rash", that's about as good as you can hope for.

^ LOL LaMarcus has talent, I would think more overall talent.

However, Love is playing out of his mind. Does anyone have a link or know why Kurt only plays him half a game most nights? Does he not do the right things on D? Cause the numbers he's putting up are All-Star team worthy.

I'd be fine with getting Love, but I would never consider giving up the following players to get him:
Oden
Roy
Aldridge
Batum
Miller
Johnson

I'd also hesitate to give up Matthews and Cunningham, because they can play defense. Maybe Kahn would be interested in the rights to Claver and/or Freeland? Perhaps as an enticement to get Rubio over?

It's a good thing we never traded away Johnson.

KP had interest in Love and tried to get him the summer after his rookie year.

The Wolves asked for Batum and that killed the talks.

BGD would hate KP if he were still the GM.

I thought it was LMA and Batum the wolves asked for.

I remember specifically that it was Batum and a pick.

At least that's what the MN 'insider' said during the interview on 1080.

If you're going to have a jump shooting PF, you may as well have one that shoots 3 pointers. Love shoots the 3 as well as LA shoots his mid range jumper, and he's a good passer/rebounder.

So we can pencil you in for being "All In"?
