25 points, 6 assists, 7 rebounds, 1 steal and 2 blocks in a win against Boston. :smiley-drzifige:

Dame had 28 points, 7 assists, 1 rebounds, 1 block and 3 turnovers in 37 minutes in a win against Boston(01/21/17.) Dame was a +19. :emotions:

4-5 on the FU Tour.

The Championship Team will be watching so tonight Damian will have 35 points, 10 assists, 4 rebounds, 3 steals in (hopefully) a blowout win against the Lakers.:hoops:

I don't get these posts. Karl didn't doubt that Lillard gets big stats. Karl said that that's the problem, that the team is too centered around an imbalanced guard roster. He meant the win-loss stats, not Lillard's individual stats.

Not an All-Star depite being in the top 10 in scoring and the first player in 30 years to average 26 points, 5 assists and 4 rebounds and not be on the All Star Team?

I feel really bad for the Grizzlies tonight.

45 points, 11 assists, 10 rebounds an 1 steal against Memphis tonight.

That's right, I am calling a triple double for Dame.

Could @SlyPokerDog or another mod change the thread title to 'The Damian Lillard All Star Snub FU Tour 2017'

Thank you.

There is a $15 thread title changing fee.

So if Lillard doesn't go off, will that be an admission on his part that he doesn't believe he deserved a spot?

DISCLAIMER: This thread like I thought every thread was on here is strictly for fun and enjoyment. Don't be making your bets to your bookie based on these projections.

It is also neither an admission or denial of Damian Lillard's personal feelings or thoughts of being snubbed on All Star Team this year or future years.

No snub, for either Dame or CJ. Stats don't matter if you don't win. I hope it's a lesson those two absorb.

Truly, stats don't even matter if you do win. But I love stats anyway.

I would agree with this but wasn't Harden an All Star last year despite his teams record? Harden's the exception but Dame is not?

Double standard if you ask me.

Edit; Maybe I should have replied to @maxiep instead.

Dame had 24 points, 2 assists, 4 rebounds, 1 steal and 1 turnover in 35 minutes in a win against Los Angeles(01/25/17.) Dame was a +16. :bgrin:

5-5 on the FU Tour.

Dame had 33 points, 6 assists, 5 rebounds and 4 turnovers in 40 minutes in a win against Memphis(01/27/17.) Dame was a +0.(How's that possible?)

6-5 on the FU Tour. 3-0 since losing to Philadelphia. :cool2:

Griffin/love/cousins/Harden multiple people the last 8 years have had AS appearances without a winning record and thats just in the west. Its been about 7 years, griffins rookie year, when the having to win to be an AS seem to get tossed out the window.

How many of those teams were way worse than widely predicted? That quickly pushes things into The Exception territory.

35 points, 8 assists, 4 rebounds and 1 steal against the Warriors.

Whenever we lose the game and Lillard has big stats, it verifies George Karl's theory for why we lose a lot. This thread does a good job at making Karl look right.

admit it my friend....you DO miss the Sonics don't you?

Here is where I get doubled up on the ignore list.

I do.

I grew up moving back and forth as a kid. Grew up watching CLyde And Gary come to life. The train trips were awesome when my dad here in Ptown would take us up to a Sonics game. And that Sonics Team once they got Detlef was something serious and if it weren't for Jordan... ( half the league during his tenure has an.. "if it weren't for Jordan clause", I know).
Portland too. once Buck came, they were a contender for several years.

To me, basketball was never better than in the late 80's early 90's when both teams were at the top tier in the league. 91' in particular was an epic season. The Bulls were just the best ever.

Translation: The Bob Whitsitt years were the best the Sonics ever had, despite their late-70s title.
